In March 1986, the Students Accountancy Centre (S.A.C.) was established by its founder, Mr. Edward Yee Fung, who is a chartered accountant and a past graduate of Presentation College San Fernando.

After 23 years of oerations the College has distinguished itself by being the most successful and recognised accountancy College in Trinidad and Tobago and the wider Caribbean. The College has produced thousands of A.C.C.A. graduates and has received many awards from the A.C.C.A. Caribbean for being the top school in Trinidad and Tobago.

S.A.C. has over 23 years of experience in the field of accountancy tuition. All lecturers have been carefully selected and properly trained to deliver accountancy tuition at the highest level. The quality of our tuition manifests itself in our high success rate.

From its inception, S.A.C.'S focus was to offer training and tuition for students. Equal opportunity for all, then and now, is one of the core values that S.A.C. has in common with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (A.C.C.A.), the main examination body which S.A.C. is affiliated with.

This noble, diligent and successful initiative has earned the respect of its entire varied stakeholder base who recognise S.A.C.'s achievement as the largest accounting College in the Caribbean and as the College with the largest output of qualified Accountants.

S.A.C. offers full time and part time classes for A.C.C.A. and F.I.A students thereby allowing students the flexibility and opportunity to qualify consecutively from Ordinary and Advanced Level Examinations or University of the West Indies, straight through the F.I.A or A.C.C.A. Professional Qualification.

In keeping with its core value of Customer Satisfaction, S.A.C. made available to students, F.I.A and A.C.C.A. Professional Qualification Computer Based Examinations (C.B.E.) which are available for only multiple choice foundation papers.This technologically advanced initiative from the A.C.C.A. offers immediate examination results for students who desire completing the F.I.A and A.C.C.A. Professional Qualification in a shorter time frame.

The many "successes" of its students has enabled S.A.C. to receive numerous awards for exceptional performance from the A.C.C.A. over the past decade.

Additionally, S.A.C. achieved accreditation from the A.C.C.A. when it introduced its global Universities and Colleges Recognition Scheme as a Gold Approved Tuition Provider.
